MAJOR Refactoring: Simplifying Our Product Experience

    • Redesigned Settings/Appearance: The section has been transformed into Customizations, featuring a better style and easier access to all the tools that can help you set up your AI chat effectively.
    • Background Agents Fully Integrated: Human Support Handover, Conversation Labeling, and User Data Collection are now natively integrated into our multi-agent framework. Configure them directly within the Customizations tab.
    • User Data Collection & Variables: Variables are now global, meaning all variables are accessible to all AI Agents. Collect user data during conversations and send it to external CRMs or APIs via webhook!
    • AI Agents Simplified: Most legacy AI Agent types are integrated into our framework. The only agent type you need to configure is the user-facing AI Agent, allowing you to create powerful chatbots with specialized agents.

  • Source Tags: We’ve introduced the ability to create and assign tags to your sources, making it easier to manage and categorize them for improved organization. You can filter sources based on tags.
  • AI Response Style Customization: Under the “Message Appearance” settings, you can now choose between Streaming Response, where words appear as they’re generated like in ChatGPT, or Simultaneous Response, which shows a loading indicator and displays the full message once it’s ready. Simultaneous Response will let you “simulate” a human typing behind the chat, leading to a more personal interaction with your chatbot.

  • Expanded Input Length Based on AI Model: Previously, chat input was limited to 2,000 characters, which could be restrictive for certain use cases. We’ve updated this limit so that it scales based on the smallest context you allow across all of your AI Agents.
  • New GPT Models with Extended Context Windows: We’ve integrated new GPT models that support 32k and 64k token windows. These models provide your agents with the ability to access and process significantly more context. Gemini and Claude support are coming soon.
  • Refined Chat Auto-Open Behavior: Our Auto-Open Chat feature has been refined for a more user-friendly experience. Instead of automatically opening the chat every time, the chat will now only auto-open if the user hasn’t explicitly closed it before.
  • Enhanced App Security: We’ve made significant strides in improving our app’s security, focusing on preventing the insertion of malicious scripts or unwanted code that could disrupt functionality.   • Inbox Sessions Last Message Appearance: We’ve redesigned how messages appear in the Inbox chat list. Previously, users would see the first message their customers entered. Now, the latest message left in the chat is displayed.
