Stay Persistent with Chatsistant

The Minds Behind
The Orchestration

Pioneers of multi-agent frameworks, driven by quality, innovation, and an obsession with what's next.

A Small Team. A Massive Ecosystem.

Chatsistant is powered by a tight-knit, elite collective of multi-level developers and visionary designers, backed by the robust infrastructure of the FireLizard agency.

As early adopters and pioneers in multi-agent orchestration, our core engineering group is comprised of just four developers — carrying academic backgrounds from CaltechMITUC BerkeleyUC Davis. We also rely on a dedicated handful of partners who handle business strategy and marketing.

Where's the team photo? As our ecosystem grows, we'll add full team profiles. For now, most of our core engineers are heads-down builders who'd rather let the code speak for itself. Quality over headcount has been the whole strategy.

Robert Kinerk

Founder, Tech Pioneer & Visionary

Known in the industry by my earth name, "FireLizard" — a title earned after a grueling desert survival experience — I am the driving force behind Chatsistant. That survival instinct eventually birthed my tech agency, FireLizard, which now supports the heavy lifting behind Chatsistant's Done-For-You (DFY) enterprise projects.

With a background in niche social platforms, e-commerce architectures, and complex AI prototypes, I hold certifications from Google Marketing along with hands-on mastery of numerous automation systems and CRMs. I'm not just the face of the company — I created the Chatsistant brand, helped design the UX, and operate as a hands-on content and template creator.

"It's not always what you know, but who you know — and how taking decisive action makes an impactful difference."

As a tech coach and consultant running niche communities, I'm in the trenches daily with clients and developers, proving what's possible when human creativity meets agentic AI.

Beyond the screen, my life is defined by creativity, resilience, and family. My passion for audio comes from years as a lyricist and producer, crafting tracks for artists across the music industry. Today, in rare moments away from the keyboard, I still lean on music and cooking. I also hold a First Aid background, having won a statewide competition recognized by California and the American Red Cross.

Above all, I'm a dedicated, full-custody single father to two boys stepping into adulthood. Based in the heart of Northern California's wine country — just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco — I'm grounded by my past and inspired by my kids, always working toward the best moves for my family, Chatsistant, and the future of the AI landscape.
